DP Ribbon Blenders are available in eight models, of Mild Steel or Stainless construction with container capacities ranging from 50-2200 ltrs. The various models also differ in length (ranging from 11/2 ft.-12 ft.), width (ranging from 11/4 ft.-21/2 ft.) & height (ranging from 11/2 ft.-3 ft.). The DP Ribbon Blender has a main body constructed from steel plates of adequate section to give rigidity & robustness. The shaft is supported on self aligning bearings & carries bushes on which the ribbon blades are mounted. The foundation of the Ribbon Blades is to deflect the material laterally & inwardly creating a very effective mixing action. A discharge opening is provided at the bottom to help in the rapid discharge of mixed material.
