The DP Hammer Mill gives accurate & consistent product grinding. The experience gained over the years in the manufacture of Micro, Mini & Impact Pulverisers has gone into the design of the DP Hammer Mills. The DP Hammer Mill comprises a heavy duty Mild Steel Fabricated Body (alternatively stainless steel construction can be provided where ever necessary). The grinding chamber is lined with serrated wear plates, these protect the body from wear & tear. A balanced rotor with a set of swing hammers accelerates the grinding process. Depending upon the size of the ground particle the grinding machine comes in 5 varients: DPHM-5, DPHM-10, DPHM-20, DPHM-30 & DPHM-40. The DP Hammer Mill can be used in a wide range of applications in a number of processing industries such as maize, spices, cattle feed, poultry feed, oil cake, dry fish etc.
